

| CLASSES OFFERED: *COMBINATION CLASSES BASIC MOVEMENT - (ages 3-4): Ballet/Tap/Tumbling: 40min. LEVEL A - (ages 4 1/2 - 5): Ballet/Tap: 50 min. LEVEL B - (ages 5 1/2 - 6): Ballet/Tap: 1 hr. LEVEL C - (ages 6 1/2 - 7): Ballet/Tap/Jazz: 1 hr. 15 min. *BALLET: A style of dance which focuses on control, balance, flexibility, grace, poise and so much more. It is the core technique of every dance form. Highly recommended for every dancer! (Dancers ages 7 and up will be placed in a level based on ability and age): 1 hr. *BALLET BARRE: A class which is strictly dedicated to ballet barre work. Suggested to be taken as a second ballet class for additional training. (This class will not work on a dance for the Spring Performance. This is a great way to work on technique all year long!)(Minimum age is 7 to enroll): 40 min. *BALLET INTENSIVE: A class which is strictly dedicated to improve a dancer's technique. Suggested to be taken as a second ballet class for additional training. (This class will not work on a dance for the Spring Performance. This is a great way to work on technique all year long!)(Dancers ages 7 and up will be placed in a level based on ability and age): 1 hr. 15 min. *CLOGGING: This is a fast, fun dance form will get your feet moving and your heart rate up!(Dancers ages 5 and up will be placed in a level based on ability and age)(Adult classes are offered!): 40 min. *HIP HOP: Street dancing, break dancing, and pop and lock are the best ways to describe this style of dance. It is usually performed to hip hop music. It is the latest dance crave! (Minimum age is 7 to enroll): 40 min. *JAZZ: This American dance form is all about STYLE! Jumps, leaps, turns, and body isolations are important parts of jazz training. (Must be enrolled in a ballet class)(Dancers ages 7 and up will be placed in a level based on ability and age): 40 min. - 1 hr. *LYRICAL/CONTEMPORARY: Involves control, balance, turns, leaps, jumps, emotion, flexibility, technique, style, and grace. Dancers learn to interpret the lyrics of the song. (Must be enrolled in a ballet and a jazz class) (Dancers ages 7 and up will be placed in a level based on ability and age): 40 min. - 1 hr. *POINTE: For the advanced ballet dancer. It is a form of ballet in which the dancers wears pointe shoes to dance on the tips of their toes! (INVITATION ONLY): 40 min. *PRE-POINTE: This class helps to prepare a dancer for pointe class. (Must be enrolled in a ballet class)(Minimum age is 10 to enroll): 40 min. *STRETCHING & STRENGTHENING: This is for the dancer, athlete, or anyone who just wants to improve their flexibility and strength! This class includes intense stretching exercises to improve and maintain flexibility, along with exercises to build strength in all areas of the body. Helps to prevent injuries!!! (This class will not work on a dance for the Spring Performance.)(Minimum age is 5 to enroll): 40 min. *TAP: This style of dance focuses using your feet to create sounds and rhythms. Helps to improve musicality. You will have so much fun learning this dance form! (Dancers ages 7 and up will be placed in a level based on ability and age): 40 min. *THEATRE DANCE: For those who love to perform!!! This is a combination of jazz dancing, acting, and lip sync. Is performed to music from a Broadway Musical or Movie. A fun way to learn the art of dance, acting and performing. (Minimum age is 5 to enroll): 40 min. *TURNS & LEAPS: A class which is strictly dedicated to improve a dancer's turns and leaps. (This class will not work on a dance for the Spring Performance.
