ADD/DROP A CLASS FORM

If you wish to add or drop a class from your schedule, you must complete the
form below and turn it into Greg at the front desk.  You will be billed for the class
until this form is received and the payment session(month or two months) is
over.  There are no refunds.  Once you pay for a session(month or two months),
we are holding that place in the class for you, and no refunds will be rewarded for
dropping out early.
