ADD/DROP A CLASS FORM

If you wish to add or drop a class from your schedule, you must complete the
form below and turn it into the front desk.  You will be billed for the class until
this form is received and the payment session(monthly or bi-monthly) is over.  
There are no refunds.  Once you pay for a session(monthly or bi-monthly), we are
holding that place in the class for you, and no refunds will be given for dropping
out early.
