Dance Dynamics Policies and Procedures 2011-2012
BAD WEATHER POLICY
Dance Dynamics does NOT always cancel classes just because schools are
closed. Therefore, in case of bad weather, you may call 402-932-9805 anytime
AFTER 2:00 P.M. for cancellation updates. For Saturday morning classes, you
may call the studio anytime after 8:00 A.M.. (Please Note: Miss Jennifer will NOT
be calling each student to let them know if classes are cancelled. Therefore, it is
your responsibility to call.) If you can not get through to the dance studio, you
may contact Miss Jennifer on her cell phone: 212-6022 (for emergency use only
please)

If a class is cancelled for a snow day, students may attend a make up class if they
wish. If a class is cancelled more than once, a scheduled make up class will be
arranged for the entire class to attend.
