Dance Dynamics Policies and Procedures 2008-2009
TUITION
Tuition is due on the first of the month and Late on the 8th.
Payment Plans
*Registration fee: $20/family
*Payment Plan One - Monthly
*Payment Plan Two - Two Months
(Pay for two months ahead and receive a discount of $5 off per month!)
Longest Class Monthly/Two Months
40 min. $30/$50
50 min. - 1 hr. $35/$60
1 hr. 15 min. $40/$70
Multiple Classes: Longest class is full price. Each additional class

*Family Discount: Subtract $10/month off each additional child or parent’s tuition!
*Late Fee: A late fee of $5 will be added on the 8th of each month.
*Bad Check Fee: $20 charge
*Monthly Invoices will be given out the second to last class of every month for the
following month. Each monthly payment goes towards 4 classes. Although some
months only have 3 classes, other months have 5. Regardless of how many
weeks are in the month, tuition is always due on the first of the month.
*Snow Day: If a class is cancelled for a snow day, students may attend a make
up class if they wish. If a class is cancelled more than once, a scheduled make
up class will be arranged for the entire class to attend. To view schedule, return
to the Policies and Procedures page and Click on Make Up Classes.
*Add/Drop a Class: NO REFUNDS will be given once you pay for a month or two
month term. If you drop a class in the middle of a term, you will not be issued
credit or a refund on the classes that you choose to not attend for any reason. If
you wish to add or drop a class, you must fill out a add/drop form. You may find
this form by returning to the Policies and Procedures page and Click on
Add/Drop.
