BUilding ENTRANCe
Policies & Procedures
The building has specific entrance rules for Bev’s Upstairs Dancewear, Studios A, B, & C, and the Observation Waiting Areas. Each zone uses a distinct door to keep people safe and prevent crowding.
West Side Entrances
· Bev's Upstairs Dancewear/Dance Dynamics Office:
o Leads to the store and office. Sign in here on your first day.
o Do not use this door to reach studios or waiting areas.
· Studio C:
o Dancers that have class in Studio C must use this door to enter & exit class.
o Early arrivals may enter here and wait in the kitchen area.
o Do not use this door to reach Studio A, Studio B, or waiting areas.
South Side Entrances
· Studios A & B:
o Dancers must use their specific studio door to enter & exit class.
o Doors stay locked during classes for safety.
o Instructors open the doors when class starts & ends.
o Do not use these doors to reach Studio C or waiting areas.
East Side Entrance
· Observation Waiting Areas:
o For parents and guardians after dropping off dancers at studio doors.
o Dancers cannot enter or exit studios through this area.
o Dancers may only enter this area to use the bathroom during class or when switching to another class.
o No food or drinks are allowed here, except for water. Please use our designated kitchen area to eat.
o After class, parents will pick up their dancer at their outside designated studio door.
