BUILDING ENTRANCES

Bev’s Upstairs Dancewear Entrance(located on the WEST side of the building)
  • ​This door will lead you into Bev’s Upstairs Dancewear & the Dance  Dynamics Office.
  • ​In order to keep the store/office from becoming congested, this entrance is NOT to be used to get to the dance studios or observation waiting areas.  Please use designated doors.  Thank you!
 
Studio A & B Entrances(located on the SOUTH side of the building)
  • ​Dancers who have class in Studio A, will use the Studio A Entrance.
  • ​Dancers who have class in Studio B, will use the Studio B Entrance.
  • ​These doors are not to be used to get to the observation waiting areas.
  • ​For the safety of the dancers, these doors remain locked during classes.  Your instructor will open the door when it is time to enter for class.
 
Studio C Entrance
(located on the WEST side of the building)
  • ​Dancers who have class in Studio C will use the Studio C Entrance.
  • ​Dancers who have class in Studio C & that arrive early may use this door to enter into the building and may wait in the kitchen area until their class starts.  
  • This entrance is NOT to be used to get to Studio A, Studio B, or the observation waiting area.  Please use the designated doors.  Thank you!
 
Observation Waiting Area Entrance
(located on the EAST side of the building)
  • These rooms have viewing windows for parents/guardians to watch their child’s class.  
  • Dancers may not enter into their studios through the waiting areas.  
  • Dancers will only be allowed in this area if they need to use the bathroom during class.
  • No Food or Drink (besides for water) is allowed in the waiting area.    ​​

BUILDING POLICIES & PROCEDURES 

  1. When arriving on the dancer’s first day of class, parents/guardians will need to get their dancer signed in at the office.  The office is located in Bev’s Upstairs Dancewear and can be found on the West side of the building.  
  2. Dancers can then enter into their classroom by using the outside Studio A, B, or C entrances and will need to bring their dance bags and belongings into the classroom with them.  
  3. After dropping your child off at their class, parents/guardians are welcome to wait in our designated waiting areas by using the door located on the East side of the building.  These rooms offer viewing windows for the parents/guardians to watch their dancer’s class.  
  4. Dancers will not be allowed to enter OR exit their classrooms from the waiting areas.  Dancers will only be allowed in the waiting areas if they need to us the restroom, or if they need to get to another class located in a different studio.  
  5. No food or drink (besides for water) is allowed in the waiting areas.  
  6. Dancers that have a break between classes may wait in the kitchen area for their next class to start.  Food and drink ARE allowed in the kitchen.
  7. After class, parents can then pick their dancer up outside at their studio door.  Dancers will NOT be allowed to exit their classroom through the waiting areas.  Thank you!
