Nicole Jensen is a passionate dance educator, choreographer, and performer with a lifelong dedication to the art of dance. Born and raised in Southern California, she has trained extensively in Jazz, Ballet/Pointe, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Modern, developing a strong technical foundation and a versatile performance style.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theater with an Emphasis in Dance from California State University, San Bernardino, after completing an Associate of Arts degree at Orange Coast College. While attending Orange Coast College, she was a member of the prestigious Traveling Company and was awarded two scholarships recognizing her excellence in directing ensemble work and choreography.
Throughout her career, Nicole has combined performance, choreography, and education to inspire dancers of all ages and skill levels. She has choreographed numerous performances and competition routines, directed dance ensembles, and is committed to fostering technical excellence, creativity, confidence, and artistic expression in every student she teaches.
As a performer, Nicole has appeared in Disneyland's Magic Day Parade and opened for the Steve Augeri Band at the Annual Italian Heritage Festival in West Virginia. She has also been featured as an advertising model in the April 2014 issue of Lowrider Magazine.
Nicole's dedication and talent have earned her recognition as Studio Dancer of the Year at the Tremaine Dance Competition & Convention (2000-2001). Today, she continues to share her passion for dance by mentoring the next generation of artists, encouraging them to develop both strong technique and a lifelong love of movement.
