HOLIDAY CLOSINGS are figured into the yearly billing cycle. Therefore, we cannot freeze accounts nor offer refunds for classes when the studio is closed for holiday breaks. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month regardless of the number of classes in that month. Most months will consist of four classes; although some months only consist of three classes, others will have five.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be given if you decided to drop a class for any reason. In addition, no refunds or credits will be given for missed classes due to illness, injury, weather closings (refer to the bad weather policy below for details), vacations, school activities, etc. You may however attend a make-up class of the same or lower level if you need to miss a class. |

Dropping a class
|
DROP FORMS must be filled out on or before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month. If your form is filled out after the 15th of the month, you will be charged for the following month.

Please Note: We are unable to hold spots or freeze accounts during a season. Therefore, if a dancer decides to return to class, they will need to re-register and will be charged the registration fee.
